However, as the national football team of Brazil continue its strive to win the FIFA world cup for a record sixth time, injuries are getting worse as the knockout rounds approach. Due to injury to his ankle ligaments, Neymar has missed the last two games. The superstar was was injured during the game against Serbia in matchday 1.
Additionally, Alex Sandro is also injured, and reports have confirmed that Alex Telles has been ruled out of the world cup and this may leave them without a reliable left-back. Danilo, the right-back, also has an issue.Sandro and Neymar have not yet returned to full training, and Brazil team physician Dr. Rodrigo Lasmar expressed uncertainty over their readiness for the match against South Korea.
Danilo is more likely to join Tite's team after making strides in recent days and returning to ball-intensive training, however, Neymar is still a doubt. Gabriel Jesus is out for the remainder of the World Cup, Brazil has been given another injury blow. The Arsenal attacker, appears to need a month of recovery time from a right knee injury.
