Shaw has been frozen out at Old Trafford this season by United boss Erik ten Hag. But not everything is bad news for the English left back, Newcastle United is plotting a January move for a Manchester United player, according to reports. The 27-year-old has fallen out of favor at Old Trafford this season.

And according to the English press, Newcastle is ready to offer Shaw an escape route from his Manchester United hell. The England international began his career at Southampton, making his first-team debut for the club in 2011. He was named in the PFA Team of the Year for 2013–14 after helping Southampton to an eighth-place finish in the Premier League.
