Ramos is proving to be a leader in the locker room and is making Messi's time in PSG more enjoyable.

Sergio Ramos' first season at Paris Saint-Germain was not the best for the Spanish player. His debut campaign at the French club was marked by injuries and since the arrival of Christophe Galtier he was able to start changing his face both on and off the pitch.

Without the recurring physical problems he experienced last season, Sergio Ramos became an important player for Galtier. The PSG coach wants Sergio Ramos to improve a defense that had complications last season and that now counts on him in a back three alongside Marquinhos and Presnel Kimpembe, accompanied on the wings by Hakimi and Nuno Mendes.

Le Parisien reported in recent days that Sergio Ramos took a very important role in the locker room of a PSG that has players of the caliber of Leo Messi, Kylian Mbappé and Neymar. The Spanish defender would even have participated in the talk to appease the tension between the Mbappé and ‘Ney’.

Even the coexistence of Ramos and Messi, former Real Madrid and Barcelona rivals, is very good and, despite not being great friends, they maintain a very cordial and respectful relationship in the eyes of their teammates.

Ramos is showing his leadership and uniting the team

The French media also affirms that Ramos is the person in the squad who gets along best with the group and can bond with everyone in a complicated dressing room with many big names. The Spaniard would be the most important piece when it comes to uniting a group that beyond the quality it has now also seeks its best version on and off the field.
