Real Madrid's great success in the last several years is no surprise, as they have been in everyone's mouth due to their success in winning multiple championships (SuperCoaps, Copa del Rey, UEFA Champions Leagues, and a big etcetera) and having great athletes wearing the mythical white and gold jersey, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Hugo Sanchez, Iker Casillas, or Luka Modric are some examples.

Recently, Real Madrid has broken a new record, however, it has nothing to do with the sports aspect or similar. The Merengue’s new record actually has to do with social media, and it's great impact on the internet, as they have become the highest followed club on the internet, with over 500 million followers in their social media accounts.

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, who was present for the introduction of the new IPhone 15 in New York, decided to make a trip to Madrid, Spain and get to know who this Real Madrid team was. Florentino Perez, actual CEO of the Blanco’s team gave a whole tour for Cook in Valdebebas headquarters and even gifted him with a Real Madrid jersey signed by the team.

Apple CEO paid a visit to Real Madrid's boardroom alongisde Florentino Perez, where they were able to admire the 25 European Cups, 14 of which are for football and 11 for basketball.

Cook was interested in the spectacular growth of the club on social networks where Real Madrid has become the first sports institution to have exceeded 500 million followers.”, expressed Real Madrid in a statement on Tim Cook's visit.

Later on, Tim Cook went to the practice field where he was able to see Real Madrid’s training session before they jump into the Classi Spaniard Derby versus Atletico Madrid, where he met Carlo Ancelotti and the team who they are now preparing one of their most important matches if they want to continue with the good trail they have until now.
