The battle between the Albiceleste of Argentina and El Tri of Mexico was classic as expected. Tackles were flying high as Players tried to reduce cover space. The 36-year-old well experienced midfielder, Andres Guardado was the pivot of the Mexico's injury and was playing very well until he was substituted in the first half due to injury.
