The transfer period is still open in Europe and some shocking moves could keep happening between the biggest teams in football elite. One of the players that could looking for a new team is the Mexican star Hirving Lozano, currently part of the squad of Napoli.

Lozano arrived at Napoli 4 years ago, in August 2023. He left PSV Eindhoven after a couple of succesful years at Eredivisie that captivated Napoli's attention. The Italian team ended up paying a 45-million transfer to have the Mexican as part of their squad. Throughout his Serie A spell, Lozano has scored 23 goals in 120 matches and he has taken part of several Champions League matches with Napoli.

Since last season, 28 year-old Lozano went from being a starter to not having many minutes of play, and at this moment, he wouldn't be considered as a potential regular starter in the Italian champion's team. The Mexican is far behind players like Matteo Politano and superstar Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

That would be the main reason why Lozano could looking to leave the south of Italy in search for more minutes to play. However, the right winger would not want to go to Saudi or MLS, two of the biggest spenders of the summer transfer market.

This is the European team that wants to sign Lozano

Hirving Lozano could be going back to his Eredivisie days and sign for his former team: PSV Eindhoven. The Dutch team is negotiating with Napoli to buy Lozano for 15 million euros, as reported by the Mexican correspondent in the Netherlands, Daniel Reyes Villaseñor. “Chucky Lozano likes the idea of returning to where he had success and where he is very beloved”, Reyes reported.
