The coming World Cup will be one of the most exiting tournaments in recent history. This tournament will be marked by many records broken and many more set. Messi, Ronaldo and many others will break incredible marks that will be a new chapter in soccer's history.

Figures in World Cups are always looked at by the teams after the tournaments but records last forever. Figures like Ronaldo Nazario or Pelé are still remembered because of their impressive records set in these tournaments. Now, many years later, a generation that is about to exit soccer's elite might set new records.

Neymar is close to completing a historic record. He's got a record of 14 games undefeated with Brazil but the most impressive part is not even this. Brazil sees themselves as favorites from the dressing room and trust their process.

Neymar's physical shape has been at his peak both in PSG and Brazil and he's had an amazing start of the season with 15 incidences in goals. The impressive part about Neymar is that he's only a hat trick away from Pelé's record of goals with Brazil and he's most likely to break it.

Neymar's not the only record breaker

Lionel Messi will also impose not one, but several new records with Argentina. He's prone to become Argentina's top scorer of all time, their player with most matches over Mascherano and Maradona, the argentine who's worn the captain bracelet the most times and even the youngest player to be in five world cups. Ronaldo will also be breaking his personal record of the top goal scorer of all time with national teams.
