Tielemansis thought to be one of Liverpool's top targets as they look to add depth to their midfield ahead of next season.

The 25-year-old made 168 appearances for the Foxes since his arrival in 2018. He has scored 25 goals and provided 25 assists in all competitions. Going back to the transfer rumors: Liverpool is in competition with Barcelona for his services. He is now in demand because he may not get a new deal with Leicester, therefore having many teams interested in a free transfer. Of course, whenever the word "free" is in the sentences, Barcelona is involved. Even though the Reds have watched closely his contract situation.

Where could he end up?

Liverpool is said to be keen on Tielemans as the Reds look for new blood for their midfield.  Barcelona, meanwhile, sees him as a long-term partner for Frenkie de Jong. The Spanish midfield has seen many changes with Xavi and having a new piece might finally find regularity. The real question is who would need him more? A Liverpool in crisis or an irregular Barcelona? Anyway, it's for sure the French midfielder won't stay in Leicester City.
