The new manager is clearly under a spell

Recently Christophe Galtier spoke about Kylian Mbappé and how he tries to keep an overall understanding with the striker at Paris Saint Germain. When asked about Mbappé, Galtier had nothing but good things to say and really assuring word after Mbappé ranted on social media after the draw against Reims in League 1.

Kylian Mbappe plays as a forward for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and the France national team. He is widely considered to be one of the best players in the world and has been described as a generational talent. Last summer PSG convinced him to snub a Real Madrid offer to stay in France for more than 80 million euros per season.

Mbappé began his senior career with Ligue 1 club Monaco, where he made his professional debut in 2015. He helped Monaco win the Ligue 1 title in 2016–17, and was named the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year. In 2017, he transferred to Paris Saint-Germain for a fee of 220 million dollars. With PSG, Mbappe has won four Ligue 1 titles, two Coupe de la Ligues, and three Coupes de France.

Why does Christophe Galtier try to pamper Kylian Mbappe?

It seems to be working, as Mbappe has been in great form for the club this season. The coach knows how important Mbappe is to the team and is doing everything he can to keep him happy even after judging his tactics. He said this about Mbappé: "Kylian sometimes finds himself in the middle and he gets the impression that he’s a pivot. Kylian is already at 11 goals and I know he’s going to score a lot more".
