Héctor Herrera has had a bad season in MLS, the Mexican was hired by the Houston Dynamo, the club's goal is for the midfielder to be the leader of the team and help them improve to be able to fight for a place in the playoffs.
Herrera has been a failure, in the games he has contributed little, he only has one assist and not a single goal during his stay in the MLS. The Dynamo pay him a salary of more than five million dollars per season so that he can deliver results, although this has not happened, instead he can be considered a failure.

The harsh message that his Houston Dynamo teammates give to Héctor Herrera
Now the board of the Houston Dynamo decided to fire coach Paul Nagamura, who was one of the people who supported Héctor Herrera but the Mexican did not respond and now the club is in last place in the Western Conference in MLS.
“This is a difficult decision because Paulo is a top-notch person who has earned the respect of the players and staff for his tireless work ethic and commitment to the club. We wish Paulo and his staff well in their careers,” general manager Pat Onstad said in a statement.
