The MLS has more than 25 years of history and each year it continues to grow and demonstrate a better level for the players and also the fans. Great soccer players have passed through this league and have left a great legacy in soccer of the United States.
Most famous soccer players in MLS history
Great stars such as David Beckham, David Villa, Thierry Henry, Andrea Pirlo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Rafael Marquez, among others, have played in the MLS, some of them won championships and unfortunately others couldn’t.
Landon Donovan is the player who has won the most MLS championships with six. This footballer is a true LA Galaxy legend having won five cups with this club. This mark looks difficult for another to break.
In second place is Jeff Agoos, in his career he won five MLS championships. Three of them with DC United and two with the San José Earthquakes. This soccer player from the United States is a true legend.
While the Galaxy is the team with the most championships in MLS history with 6, coach Bruce Arena is the one with the most cups with five.
