Everything seems to indicate that the German could leave Fenerbahce of Turkey and join MLS.

MLS is still giving surprises and the most recent one has made its fans excited, as Mesut Özil could be Carlos Vela's teammate at LAFC, according to sources.

Carlos Vela wanted to leave MLS to Europe and already found his new team

It has been the international press and a friend of Özil in the Turkish club who have given light to this rumor, which has been gaining strength in recent hours.

Where did the rumor that Mesut Ozil could be Carlos Vela's teammate at LAFC come from?

The rumor came from two sources: first and foremost, from an old friend and former Turkey international, Ridvan Dilmen, who claimed that the German would already have an offer from the Californian club on the table.

And this rumor comes amid reports that Fenerbahce wants to cancel his contract two seasons early, which would leave the player completely free to move to Major League Soccer

On the subject, Dilmen said, "I meet with Mesut every two weeks. I know of an interest from Los Angeles. I saw a message about it," he told Turkish media outlet TRT. And this information gained more traction since Transfermarkt also published the same information.

If this rumor were to become a reality, it would mean the arrival of one of the great referents of world soccer to MLS, although already in a stage of retirement, very different from what Lorenzo Insigne is doing.

Although the player's trajectory is enough for any club in MLS or the whole world to want the German in their ranks, so it is mysterious that his current club wants to cancel his contract prematurely.

Why does Fenerbahce of Turkey want to cancel Mesut Ozil's contract early?

As far as is known, Mesut Özil has had problems with his coach as he has not been entirely happy with his performance in the team, which became evident at the end of March.

It was at the end of this month that the player was substituted at halftime, so he had an altercation with his coach, in which the player claimed: "I could have stayed longer on the field, I try to contribute to this team".

But this was not all, the player also threw his boots at the coach, so from that date until now the player has been separated from the team as a disciplinary measure.

This is not the first time that the German player has been involved in controversy due to his character problems, since when he arrived at the club, the former white player already had a clash with the previous coach of the Turkish team. Now, this latest mess has cost him to be removed from the team.

The same thing also happened to him at Arsenal, where he had his conflicts with Mikel Arteta. And it would be this environment that would push him to leap Turkey to MLS.

Özil would be partnered by Carlos Vela, with whom he would form a dangerous duo for other clubs in the league.
