The player has indeed been present with El Tri Feminine, as at the international level, she has represented Mexico at the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup (Runner-Up), the 2019 Copa Sud Damas, and two editions of the CONCACAF U-20 Women's Championship (2020 and 2022).

She made her senior debut on February 23, 2021, in a 0-0 home-friendly draw against Costa Rica. Silvana becomes the first senior international player to represent the Tractor Girls.
