Gattuso was presented at Valencia and says this about signing Hirving Lozano

In an interview with ESPN, the former coach of the Mexican national team said that the same players that Martino supports are turning their backs on him on the field because they do not run and do not feel the colors of Mexico.

La Volpe stated that El Tri would play better with a 4-4-2 system, with Corona and Lozano as wingers, with Alexis Vega and Raúl Jiménez as strikers, and Guardado and Herrera as the midfield containment axis.

Why does La Volpe believe that the players are causing Martino's problem?

The former coach commented that Martino should not marry himself to a system of play, but rather analyze the role of each player and make him work in a different system than the one the coach in charge professes.
