Fernando Hierro is already at Chivas and with that, the new changes in the team's structure seem to be starting once and for all. The Spanish soccer legend has arrived in place of the position left vacant by Ricardo Pelaez and is now thinking about involving another Real Madrid legend in the structure of the Guadalajara team.

Fernando Hierro wants to work hand in hand with Hugo Sanchez and has already offered him a position in the Chivas team. According to ESPN, the former Real Madrid Mexican striker will often attend the team's training camps and will help to advise Fernando Hierro in order to help him understand the idiosyncrasies of Mexican soccer, as well as to give motivational talks to the players.
