The Napoli striker was injured in a match in which Raúl Jiménez saved Gerardo Martino's job with a penalty.

The alarm bells went off last night when Hirving "Chucky" Lozano suffered a dislocated shoulder after suffering a violent collision with Michael Murillo while going all out for a ball.

After the collision, Lozano was left lying on the ground with obvious pain in his face, causing Gerardo Martino to look panicked as he realized that he could be without one of his best players for the rest of the qualifying round.

Last night Martino had almost one foot out of the Mexican national soccer team, but a penalty kick by Raul Jimenez saved the coach's job, who now does not know what to do now that he will not be able to count on Lozano in the team.

Martino's tactical approach does not stand on its own, so he depends largely on players like Raul Jimenez, Alexis Vega, or Chucky Lozano, so the lack of Lozano has once again put "Tata" in a trembling mood.

Can the Mexican national team beat the USMNT without Chucky Lozano?

Given that since 2019 the Mexican team has not been able to beat the USMNT, it is more than obvious that without Chucky Lozano it will be very complicated to beat the United States

Lozano is not only a great player who scores the goals at important moments, but he is one of the few players on the national team who is not a cold chest and will go to die for every ball, as he showed last night.
