Mexican soccer teams collided this weekend and between miraculous comebacks and clubs that have yet to recover, the tournament so far has been very dynamic.

Pachuca

As can be seen, Los Tuzos of Pachuca are the current leaders of the competition and with 25 points obtained in the first 11 rounds of the tournament, they have so far secured their place in the Liguilla. 

Under the direction of Guillermo Almada and with players of the stature of Nicolás Ibáñez and Romario Ibarra, this team is going like a real machine and it does not look like any other team in the tournament is going to overshadow them.

Tigres

The team from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León has two foreigners in its ranks who have led them to second place in the competition: Florian Thauvin and André Pierre-Gignac. 

The former is just getting conditioned to Mexican soccer and although in the previous tournament he did not show many of his abilities, in the current Clausura 2022 he is showing his full potential.

Puebla

La Franja had dominated the tournament until a few rounds ago, but a loss against Atlético San Luis and a series of draws have cost them the loss of the lead in the competition. 

With the likes of Fernando Aristeguieta and Guillermo Martínez Ayala, Nicolás Larcamón's Puebla must make better use of their players. 

If they are to regain the lead in the tournament, they urgently need to start winning more games and stop drawing them, as Diego Cocca's Atlas is right behind them.
