According to testimonies of Atlas fans, the police present at the stadium opened access to the rival fans so that they could attack them.

According to the multiple testimonies of people present at the stadium, the act was premeditated according to the conditions under which the attacks occurred.

One of the testimonies that have attracted the most attention after the tragedy is that of an Atlas fan, who describes how the security elements facilitated access to Queretaro fans in order to attack Atlas fans.

According to testimonies, the tragedy at the Atlas vs Queretaro Liga MX match was premeditated

Yesterday, when the tragedy had already occurred, an Atlas fan narrated his experience of what happened at the Corregidora stadium.

The Atlas fan was interviewed after he arrived in Guadalajara and told how the terrible events of the Queretaro vs Atlas match occurred.

His testimony begins as follows:

"When we wanted to escape through the exit gate, we found that there were already Queretaro fans in the away end because the police also opened those security gates for them. They cornered us and stoned us. It was probably all premeditated

The fan comments are similar to what other attendees of the game recorded on social networks when narrating their experiences.

And one fact is consistent throughout the testimony: the Querétaro fans who carried out the aggressions had access to all corners of the stadium.

The Atlas fan continued to narrate his experience:

"Atlas fans were forbidden to enter with coins and they had ice-picks, knives, and even guns. There are videos where you can see the police opening the gates".

It is precisely this part of the testimony that reflects that the security elements present at the stadium did not act in the same way with the Atlas fans as they did with the Queretaro fans.

Witness claims there was one death; Queretaro authorities deny it

Right in the next part, the witness says that a friend of his died in the stadium, which totally contradicts what the authorities of the government of the state of Queretaro claim, which says that there were no deaths.

The testimony speaks on this subject as follows:

"A close friend passed away. I saw many dead. The bodies were inert on the ground and they kept beating them. They even chopped off the head of one of the deceased with an ice pick and then took off his clothes. They took absolutely everything from him, even if he was already dead".

This and other testimonies claim that the attack on the Atlas fans was premeditated, but also affirm that there were indeed deaths in the stadium.

While the truth is still unknown, Round 9 of Liga MX has been suspended until further notice and the fans of the tournament in Mexico are demanding that those responsible for this terrible aggression be punished.
