André Jardiné is the main option to be the new coach of Club América, but there are several candidates to take the place left by Fernando Ortíz. The fans of the team are desperate because they already want to meet the person who will be the leader of the team in the next season.

Javier Aguirre rejected the América project because he wants to continue in Spain and is going to renew his contract with Mallorca. Manager Santiago Baños traveled to Europe to try to convince him to sign with the Águilas but failed.

Now Diego Alonso rejected America because he wants to work in a European club and is preparing for that time. Now in Argentina they talk that Hernán Crespo is an option but it seems difficult for the Argentine coach to work in the Águilas.

In less than a month the new tournament begins and the managers of América are under pressure to find a new coach. Options are narrowing and players want to meet their new leader.

The salary that Hernán Crespo asks for

According to information from Rubén Rodríguez, a Fox Sports journalist, Hernán Crespo's salary is around 3.5 million dollars a year, an unattainable figure for América. But that's not all: the salaries of their assistants are not included there, so the amount would be higher. The team is still looking for a new coach and its main option is André Jardine.
