Chivas is living a real nightmare in this Apertura 2022, so Ricardo Cadena admitted feeling hurt and indebted to the fans and the institution for not delivering the expected results; however, his continuity at the helm of Guadalajara leaves it in the hands of the board of directors.
"That question is for our board of directors. On my part, I am very hurt, very sad for not achieving the objective of this commitment. I have just spoken with the group, we cannot hide. Chivas faces another tough match at Mazatlán, will it be the end of their coach?
The red and white helmsman spoke about the refereeing, where he regretted that the vast majority of the controversial plays that have taken place during the tournament have not been resolved favorably for the red and white team, although he admitted that they are partly to blame for not capitalizing on the ones they have had.
"The reality is that during these seven matchdays no situation has been favorable in refereeing issues in goals scored. But it has also been a lot for us, we have had options to score and we have not been able to do it, we have not been able to score at important moments", he pointed out.
Cadena is aware that the next game on the calendar is the Clasico Tapatio against Atlas, so the coach is confident that his players will recover their spirits and win against one of the institution's biggest rivals.
