Club América hasn’t had the start they wanted for Clausura 2022, as Santiago Solari kept waiting for the acquisitions he needed to strengthen the roster in order to become a contender team for Liga MX championship this season.

Even though he suggested a wide variety of names, Santiago Baños, Club América chairman, couldn’t close any of the deals, leaving Las Águilas with doubts on how to face the upcoming season, especially after only earning one point after the first three rounds of Clausura 2022.
And after Daniel “Ruso” Brailovsky resigned as TV analyst last week, rumors have placed him in Club América’s radar as Santiago Baños replacement, given that Baños hasn’t achieved anything during his stint with Las Águilas.
Although Solari has yet to have a full season with a roster he specifically build and has given good results since his arrival in El Nido, Brailovsky would consider having Ricardo “Tuca” Ferretti as Club América’s coach, given that “Tuca” knows how to handle a team with big names and knows well Liga MX, which will allow Brailovsky to focus on working rather than talking to the media.
Chivas will receive “Tuca” Ferretti’s Juárez FC this weekend
