Juan José Macías, the current Chivas Guadalajara striker, recalled his time in the Spanish League. The Mexican player was on loan at Getafe during the first half of the current season and stated that he "has no regrets".

Puebla beat Monterrey 1-0 last Friday in a match in which their coach, Nicolás Larcamón, highlighted his team's authority during the match. "When we were down to 10 men because of the sending-off, we showed the authority to take the victory," said the coach.

Puebla will not count on Gustavo Ferrareis, which was sent off against Monterrey after fouling a Monterrey player.

With the victory, Puebla holds the tournament lead with 14 points and remains undefeated with four wins and two draws.
