Carlos Salcedo transfer confirmed? The player says goodbye before Tigres vs Puebla

Everyone is wondering if Carlos Salcedo's transfer is already confirmed after the player said goodbye last night before Tigres vs Puebla with a message on his Twitter account. 

If so, the player said goodbye to his team with a 2-0 defeat against Puebla in which he scored an own goal in the 27th minute, a result that would be completed by Pablo Parra at minute 45 + 4 of added time.

Although so far there has been no confirmation from the player as to which team he might join, the strongest information is that Toronto FC would be willing to exchange him for Yeferson Soteldo.

In this exchange, Salcedo would join the MLS team as a Designated Player, a category he would share with Jozy Altidore and Alex Pozuelo.
