Erik Ten Hag will continue with Manchester United next season as their manager and could stay a little longer as he signed a new deal with the club that expires on June 2026. The Dutch manager did not guide Manchester United to new heights this past season, but the fans do appreciate him giving an opportunity to young players. One of those players is Kobbie Mainoo, who has been a revelation for Man United and for the England national team. When Ten Hag stays, it is almost guaranteed that Mainoo will continue to start games for Manchester United next season, but the manager demands better signings in order to compete with the other big teams in the Premier League and bring the club back to high standards. Ten Hag hinted that the club needs to make new signings. He said, "We must also be clear that there is still lots of hard work ahead to reach the levels expected of Manchester United, which means challenging for English and European titles."
