The striker of the Mexican national team Raul Jimenez is experiencing a great season in thee European soccer, being one of the most wanted players of the last transfer window. And, although he has several years left in the elite level, he is already thinking about his return to Mexico.
Raul Jimenez began his career in Mexican soccer in America and remained there until 2014 when he was sold to Atletico de Madrid in exchange for 10.5 million euros. Later, in 2015, it was sold to Benfica for 22 million and finally Wolverhampton bought him in 2018 for 38 million euros. There, he contract until 2024 and, if he fulfills it, he would reach 10 years in European soccer.
The Wolves player explained in an interview that America is not the only team that appears on his plans for the future. Jimenez considers signing for another team from Mexico if America does not offer the player the necessary requirements for his return.
Although he would give priority to America, Jimenez explained that if the offer he wants doesn't arrive, he would be willing to play in Tigres. The club currently coached by Tuca Ferreti likes him and he finds the sporting model of the club interesting. So America must immediately focus on Jimenez's return if they don't want another team to steal it from them.
