Something that is starting to become more usual within athletes is the creation of documentary series or movies about their lives. After the breakout of The Last Dance, a lot of players have started working on their memoires during their time on the pitches.

Hugo Sánchez regrets not being able to win a World Cup because he was born in Mexico
Not only in basketball but also in other sports, like Tom Brady did recently with Man in the Arena, Neymar with The Perfect Chaos or Diego Simeone with Vivir Partido a Partido. Even Ronaldinho released a movie about his life called The Happiest Man in the World.
According to reports, Ronaldinho earned $7 million for doing that movie, something that Hugo Sánchez is also planning on doing. He said during an interview that he’s working on a movie about his life and is planning on releasing it at the end of this year.
