Silvana Flores was announced as the new player of Ipswich Town of the FA Women's National League South, becoming her fifth team in England.

The Mexican player arrives from Tottenham and will remain at her new club until the end of the season, as announced by the Tractor Girls. Also, in the communiqué issued, it was announced that she will be the first player on the team to represent her national team in the senior category.
Silvana has been part of the Arsenal Women's youth team where she was a fundamental part of the team. She later signed with Chelsea's youth team and was transferred to Reading in England and after a brief spell with the Royals, she joined Tottenham.
In her first words with her new team, Silvana stated that she was excited about this opportunity, and to be reunited with Joe Sheehan, who was her coach when she started her career with Essex three years ago, and some of the girls she started with.
Silvana is the sister of Tatiana Flores, also a member of the women's national team and Chelsea, and also of Marcelo Flores, who belongs to Arsenal and has played for the Mexican national team. The new member of Ipswich Town will wear the number 19.
