The iconic number 10 shirt is remembered with bittersweet feelings by FC Barcelona players in this current season as the ‘heir’ to Messi's legacy, Ansu Fati, barely plays on the first team. The Catalan club and its fans surely miss their most iconic star.

Jobless, Xabi Alonso is now looking for a position as a manager and cannot seem to find a place that will take him. Former Real Madrid legend and world champions in 2010 with Spain, Alonso's last job was as a manager for Real Sociedad's B team. His name was, however, a strong rumor to coach at the english Premier League.
The legendary midfielder and champions league winner made his debut in 1999 with Real Sociedad against CD Logroñés at 18 years of age. From a young age, Alonso was connected with soccer and made exhibition of his talent with his neighbor Mikel Arteta.
