Again the referees were against America? The VAR images are filtered and see where Henry Martin put the ball

America firmly beat Tigres 3-1 but again the refereeing doubts around America took the flashes of the match. It is not the first time that America has received a decision that was not the correct one and that is why suspicions begin to rain as to whether the VAR has something against Miguel Aguirre's team.

The controversial play occurred when Henry Martin shot against Nahuel Guzman's goal and the ball passed close to the line. In the first instance it seemed that it had been a goal but then the referee with the help of the VAR decided to annul it. A complicated decision but if you see it in the images there is no doubt where the ball was found.

The VAR maintains that from the camera position it is not possible to see with certainty whether or not the ball completely crossed the goal line. Remember that for it to be a bowl, the entire circumference of the ball must cross the line. If any part of the ball would be over the line then the goal should not be validated.

Again America suffers a VAR, but this time it will be a wake-up call since luckily for Miguel Herrera his team managed to win the victory with force. America is emerging as one of the firm candidates to stay with the Mexican League and sent a clear message to its direct rivals. They are going to need more than referee help to be able to beat America.
