Diego Armando Maradona wrote the big pages of the history of world soccer and many of those were printed at Napoles, Italy. In the local side, the Argentinian legend left a legacy that will never be forgotten, as he gained titles that the club never achieved again, not before neither afterwards.
Maradona arrived to Napoles when the club was small in Italy on July 1984 after leaving FC Barcelona and stayed there until March 1991. Those years were one of the most brilliants ever in the story of the Italian club and fans remember him as a real good.
After his death, Napoli is already working to pay tribute to Maradona. Luigi De Magistris, mayor of the city, told that the stadium called San Paolo is now going to be named Diego Armando Maradona. That is the way in which the club wants to remember the greatest player who ever played in that field. Such tribute will be made in the stadium in which figures as Hirving Chucky Lozano play nowadays.
Hours after knowing the notice of his death, the stadium turned on his lights and people came out in the street to remember him. Maradona has transformed into a soccer legend and much more than that, as he conquered some of the biggest achievements in the story of the clubs he played at and as well in Argentina national team.
