Javier 'el Chicharito' Hernández is going through one of the most complicated and negative seasons in his entire career. After leaving Spain to seek a better opportunity in the US as a luxury replacement of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the Mexican striker was not capable of performing as good as it was expected.

Nevertheless, legend and former player Cuauhtémoc Blanco already knew this was going to happen. During an interview with TUDN, Blanco stated: He is a great human being, but I had already said this before. He's not going to enjoy success in LA Galaxy because he won't have the same teammates as he had in Real Madrid, Man Utd, etc".

Hernández arrived to the American franchise at the beginning of the 2020 season, however because of the pandemic adjustements, injuries and his low performances -phisically speaking- he only scored a single goal in the entire regular season, something negatively surpriseing for such a prolific goal-scorer like him.

According to former Mexican National Team star, el ' Chicharito' Hernández lacks teammates who can assist him: "He's a pure center-forward; he's not the one to dribble and score, he needs to be assited and there is nobody to do it, that's the reason why he's performing this way".
