Endrick Felipe will be arriving at Real Madrid sooner rather than expected. The Brazilian striker is one of the most exciting young talents in the world, and there is a lot of excitement about how he will perform in Europe with Real Madrid. He is the newest young Brazilian football talent, a left-footed striker with lots of goals. Real Madrid bought him from Palmeiras, and the deal was sealed in December 2022, but he could only arrive after turning 18, which will be July 21st.

Endrick will be presented by Real Madrid on July 26th, just five days after he turns 18. The young striker already played this summer with the Brazilian national team at the Copa America and is currently on vacation before the presentation but he shows his commitment to Real Madrid by taking action quickly in his adaptation to the team.

According to Diario AS, Endrick has decided to end his vacation weeks early. The Brazilian will train with the team on his birthday, July 21st. Endrick is very motivated to play for Real Madrid already and wants to make a good impression on the players and the club.

Endrick was not given a lot of minutes on the Brazilian national team during the Copa America, which may be a reason why the players decided to train as soon as possible with Real Madrid. Endrick only started in the quarter-final of the Copa America against Uruguay, which resulted in a 0-0 draw that led to a penalty shootout. Brazil were knocked out as they lost 4-2 in the shootout. Now Brazil will have to prepare for the World Cup qualifiers, which will return in September.

In the group stage, Brazil’s manager, Dorival Junior, did not start the young striker in any of the games and gave him very few minutes in a key game against Colombia. Endrick came on in the 71st minute of the match against Costa Rica, which resulted in a 0-0 draw. In the match against Paraguay, Brazil won 4-1, but Endrick came on in the 79th minute. In the 1-1 draw against Colombia, Endrick came on in the 86th minute of the match.

The curious detail of Endrick that was destined for him to join Real Madrid

Endrick recently spoke about joining Real Madrid, and the striker gave a crazy story about his father, almost naming him as a Real Madrid legend, which makes it seem that he was destined to play for the club in the future. Endrick said, “My story with Real Madrid started before I was born, my dad wanted to name me ‘Di Stéfano’ but my mother refused.”

He is set to play with the number 16, after Kylian Mbappé has already confirmed will be using the number 9. His dream was always playing for Madrid, and he already scored in the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, but with the Brazil national team. Fans are really looking forward to seeing this great player in the white jersey showing his skills for "Los Blancos".
