Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr is one of the best teams in Saudi Arabia, and they look to remain competitive next season in order to challenge Al Hilal. Ronaldo is rumored to stay a couple of more years at the Saudi Pro League club, but the Portuguese striker would like to have more world-class players in the squad. Jason Burt from the Telegraph reports that Al Nassr wants to sign Alisson Becker this summer. The Brazilian goalkeeper is the main keeper at Liverpool FC and will be busy this summer as he will play for the Brazilian national team in Copa America 2024. After the Copa America tournament, conversations could start between Al Nassr and Liverpool. Other Saudi Pro League clubs are interested in getting players in the top five European leagues this summer. Allison could potentially be sold to Al Nassr for over $30 million.

Alisson joined Liverpool in the summer of 2018 for over $62 million from AS Roma. The Brazilian keeper has been the number-one goalie for Brazil and has become a Liverpool legend. With Liverpool, Alisson has won the Champions League, a FIFA Club World Cup, a Premier League trophy, a UEFA Super Cup, an FA Cup, and two English League Cups.

The goalkeeper has made a total of 263 appearances for Liverpool across all competitions since 2018. He conceded 236 goals in total and has kept 114 clean sheets as a Reds player. This season, he made 32 appearances for Liverpool across all competitions. This season, he conceded 32 goals and kept 11 clean sheets. Now, the keeper will be representing Brazil in the Copa America this summer in the United States.

Alisson and Brazil’s road to the Copa America

Alisson will now start joining the Brazilian national team after his season with Liverpool has come to an end. The Brazilian keeper is set to be the starter goalkeeper for the Copa America with Brazil. Brazil will play against Mexico and the United States in preparations for the Copa America. Brazil is in Group D, where they will face Colombia, Costa Rica, and Paraguay.
