Canada's national team released the list of 25 players who will be available for the three CONCACAF Qualifying matches, including the match against the USMNT.
One of the main surprises in Canada's call-up was the selection of Stephen Eustáquio, who was in doubt for the games against Honduras, the United States, and El Salvador due to COVID issues.
The absence of Alphonso Davies is a fact that draws attention to the Canadian national team. However, as it has been anticipated for some weeks, the Bayern Munich player will be absent for these matches due to the recent case of myocarditis that he presented in previous days.
However, despite the absence of the Bayern star, the Canadian national team will have a very competitive team, with the presence of stars such as Tajon Buchanan and goal scorer Jonathan David, who will be responsible for keeping the Maple Leafs at the top of the Octagonal.
